Feeling broken: Do you ever wonder how you'll make it through the day?

you were broken but now filled, more beautiful.

How will you do it?

Feeling broken? Too much chaos? Too many obligations that stifle who you are? Do you ever wonder how you'll make it through the day?

Embrace mystery around you

Before you close your eyes at night, whether success or failure defines the little things in your day, give yourself a break. Just living your life is the way through.

Smile as you judge your productivity through the eyes of someone else. Who is to say that you took it too easy today, implying that you could have been more productive or focused on what you never intended? How about going with the flow of life, which makes life fit together better as you live more authentic to the moments and life's purpose.

Timelessness will save you

I am reminded of my favorite sentence in the book I'm reading now, The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt, which resonates with timeless depiction of one of the character's way of daily being

where every clock in the house said something different, and time didn't actually correspond to the standard measure, but instead meandered along as its own sedate tick tock.

Sometimes this means that you don't know in advance what will occur in your world and also within yourself. But you know that you are letting life come to you, and that's good.

As you transform disruption to peace and allow what works in your day to guide it, you can fill the broken and unresolved space with your inner gold.

Be broken, be more beautiful

Remember that when the Japanese mend broken objects, they fill the cracks with gold. They believe that when something's suffered damage and has a history it becomes more beautiful.
