About breathing, love and hearts - Day 21 of 30 day writing challenge

30-Day writing challenge through Kale & Cigarettes (500 words)

First of all, I keep listening to this live version of Breathe by The Cinematic Orchestra. Some words:

"That song is singing
singing into me
that everything I used to be

That weight is lifting on me
and it carries me
out to sea
and swallows me
to the deep
and comforts me

Breathe into me"

Starting there, I stay here for awhile. I sign on to my social media and it's all about love.

"Lovers don't finally meet somewhere,

they're in each other all along." ~Rumi

Then Pemo Chodron tells me that the reasons people don't open theirs hearts to other people is that they trigger confusion and they don't feel brave enough or sane enough to deal with it.

Then Matt Licata says:

"The urgent spin to change, transform, and 'heal' your miracle emotions, feelings, and the surging light-filled information in your body is the old wiring. Love is here, now, and is revealing the new path. All methods of self-abandonment are being obliterated, now, in the raging fire of this."

Love is a miracle when felt. It surely speaks more words than is written. I have gone over my 500 multiple times so I take this moment to borrow words from my previous posts as if they are accruing vacation days. That's all I have to say today.
